Terms & Conditions

Scope of Work

The Contractor agrees to provide exterior cleaning services, which may include:

House Washing (Soft Washing)
Driveway Cleaning
Sidewalk/Walkway Cleaning
Patio Cleaning
Deck Cleaning
Fence Cleaning
Gutter Exterior Cleaning
Window Cleaning

The Contractor will perform the services described above using professional pressure washing and/or soft washing methods as deemed appropriate for the surface being cleaned.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

1.    Provide access to a functioning water supply. 
2.    Ensure all windows and doors are properly closed and sealed. 
3.    Remove vehicles, furniture, decorations, and other personal property from the work area. 
4.    Notify the Contractor of any known defects, leaks, damaged siding, loose mortar, cracked windows, electrical issues, or other concerns before work begins. 
5.    Secure pets and ensure children remain away from the work area.

Service Expectations

The Contractor will use reasonable care while performing services. Pressure washing and soft washing can dramatically improve the appearance of surfaces; however, results may vary depending on age, condition, and type of staining.

The Customer understands that some stains and discoloration may be permanent and cannot be completely removed.

Stain Removal Disclaimer

The Contractor does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains. Certain stains may be permanent or only partially removable due to the nature of the contamination or the condition of the surface.

Examples include but are not limited to:
•    Rust stains 
•    Oil stains 
•    Grease stains 
•    Battery acid stains 
•    Fertilizer stains 
•    Red clay stains 
•    Hard water stains 
•    Oxidation 
•    Deep organic staining 
•    Paint or coating discoloration 

Additional stain treatment services may be available at an extra charge; however, complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Property Condition Disclaimer

The Customer acknowledges that exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage that was hidden by dirt, mold, algae, oxidation, or other contaminants.

The Contractor is not responsible for damage resulting from:
•    Improperly installed siding 
•    Loose siding, trim, or gutters 
•    Existing cracks or structural defects 
•    Oxidized surfaces 
•    Existing water intrusion issues 
•    Defective seals around windows and doors 
•    Loose mortar, brick, or stucco 
•    Aging or deteriorated building materials

Plant and Landscape Protection

The Contractor will take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, plants, and grass. The Customer understands that some cleaning solutions may cause temporary or permanent damage despite precautionary measures.

The Contractor shall not be liable for damage to landscaping caused by pre-existing conditions, drought stress, disease, improper maintenance, or factors beyond the Contractor's control.

Weather and Scheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.
The Contractor will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer of any scheduling changes.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Late payments may be subject to:
•    Late fees 
•    Collection costs 
•    Attorney fees where permitted by law

Cancellation Policy

The Customer may cancel the service with at least 24 hours' notice.

Warranty

The Contractor warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

Limitation of Liability

The Contractor's maximum liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service provided.

These terms and conditions are also on the estimate and must be read and signed before customer approves estimate. Thank you!
